Project Management As A Service (PMaaS)

We provide an adaptable consulting service that allows customers to hire project managers on an as-needed basis to complete their projects. Our PMaaS provides the Project Management Office to conduct assessments, provide guidance and governance, and the people and tools to improve project delivery and success. We support the definition of the project scope of work (SoW) and project objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and forecasting and managing effectively and efficiently the resources required to achieve the objectives.

We collaborate with internal groups to achieve project objectives and manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Furthermore, we track and monitor project progress, manage changes, to project scope, escalate technical issues and change requests, and ensure that project deliverable are executed in accordance with the project delivery execution plan.
